We have successfully registered hundreds of small, medium and large limited liability companies, branches, professional services companies, temporary commercial registrations and technical and scientific offices in the Kingdom, including related joint venture agreements, share sales and transfers, and corporate secretarial work in a broad range of sectors, including energy, oil field services, construction, pharmaceuticals, publishing, management services, architecture and engineering industry. We have developed a strong and positive relationship with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Investment, as well as with the Ministry of Commerce and other government agencies.
